Early cancellations – more than 2 months before the start date of the course – will have their deposit refunded in full. Late cancellations – within 2 months of course start date – can either transfer their deposit to a new delegate for the current course or subject to availability and individual circumstances, defer the deposit to a later course. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of a further cancellation.

Final payment is required one  month before the start date of the course.

In the event that a course is cancelled by HEARTSCAN INSTITUTE, then a full refund will be given.
